            MYOB is New Zealand's leading accounting software for businesses and accountants.  Being partnered with MYOB means that we receive product updates from MYOB as soon as they are released.  We have access to the full range of MYOB products.  We have the latest technical, products and service information delivered directly to our inbox so we can pass it on to our clients.  We also have reseller status, so for the clients that want to process their accounts at their office we are able to sell them MYOB product upgrades at competitive prices.  We have priority phone access to the MYOB support team and online resources and knowledge base.  This makes us a very important partner to our clients!!

            Commonly Asked Questions:

            Do we have to commit to a set number of hours?  No, we simply work until the work is done, whether it's a couple of hours a day, a week, a month or bi-monthly.

            How do you charge?  Is it a set fee?  
            We charge on an hourly rate with no set minimums. For longer term clients, we can offer them fixed monthly pricing to help with budgeting.

            Our accounts are a mess and I really don't know where you guys can start?  
            You don't need to worry about that.  We can assess your current situation and sort it out in no time.  If you don't have the systems and software, then we just use ours.

            Do you offer a free consultation to see what you can do for us?  
            Absolutely.  Just give us a call and we can either come to you or you can come to us.

            We are happy to do some of the accounts.  Do you prefer to do it all or can we just offload some of our accounts to you?  
            We customise our services to suit your needs, so yes, we can do as little or as much as you like.

            What happens when my accounts administrator is away? This is a non issue as we have at least two people trained and experienced with your accounts.
