  | Lisa Johnston
Managing Director Lisa started LSH in 2006 as she saw a huge need for small business owners requiring help with the operational and financial aspects of their business. There was a lack of efficient, reliable and proactive support providing a range of business and financial onsite and offsite services. Lisa has spent the last 17 years working in financial administration, accounting and business management. She likes to work closely with clients consulting in various areas of business operations from HR, operational to financial. She enjoys helping her clients understand and setup excellent operational strategies, procedures and systems. Lisa also puts a big emphasis on helping her clients understand the financial aspect of their business so they can make informed financial decisions. Other than work, Lisa loves to spend time with her husband and kids, going to karate or tramping with her husband. |

Accounts Manager When Kelly started her working career in financial management she knew that accounting was the career for her. She enjoys crunching numbers and assisting her clients with the right tools and information to financially succeed in their business. Kelly specialises in business start-ups, annual accounts and taxation. As a member of the TaxAgents Institutes of New Zealand, Kelly takes pride in keeping up-to-date in the latest legislation, tools and trends. In September 2010, Kelly became a shareholder and director of LSH and is enjoying learning the business management side, which is a huge compliment to her technical accounting skills. Kelly is a dedicated family woman and loves spending her time with friends, family and making cupcakes. |

Accounts Administrator Sarah has also spent her career working in financial administration helping business owners manage the day to day administration and accounts of their business. Her clients love her as she puts 100% effort into everything she does, nothing is ever a problem and she is extremely capable in all areas of administration and accounts. Sarah is especially skilled in debt collecting and does a great job of keeping on top of her client's debtors. She loves the opportunity to work with a variety of businesses and gets a lot of satisfaction when her client's businesses succeed. When Sarah isn't busy looking after her clients you will find her playing tennis, walking, reading or spending time with her three kids and husband. |
